Ticket Jam in throat
- Check to make sure index switch arm in front has no obstruction.
- Make sure stamp solenoid is not stuck up.
- Make sure cutter is going back down into normal position.
- Call factory for assistance.

No date and time stamp on ticket
- Check time stamp solenoid to see if it is energizing, if not.
- Check controller. If controller is working, replace white coil.

Double stamping on ticket
- Check time stamp switch and adjust up or down and test.
- Make sure switch arm is getting energized by white coil armature.

- Replace ribbon & test.
- Replace time stamp platten

Machine cuts only part of ticket
- Take cutter off, clean and re-grease tracks.
- Check cutter and cutter blade for dullness, replace if necessary.
