WEBSITE EXPANSION:
We have recently added the Equipment Lane Drawings for sales description use in PDF format. These are located in the CUSTOMER SERVICE section.
It is now possible to download product specifications and print data sheets for assistance to architects and engineers directly from the website. This will be very useful for all of our customers, both domestic and international.
A Distributor Resource Center (DRC) has been installed for the dealer network. This secure area will contain price books, product manuals, service packs, technical bulletins, software upgrades, and information for the dealer network.
User ID's and Passwords are required to enter this area.
ENGINEERING NEWS:
PTC engineers are finalizing the 'Valet' version of software for the TPOS Fee Computer. Networked to an Industrial Thermal Bar-Code Ticket Printer, the 3-part Valet ticket is generated and a comprehensive AutoRead revenue control system is implemented. Report generation can be local or remote with our Vision 21 Single Station Report Writer.
