		Customer Service

	The PTC Berea Ohio facility and most of our dealers throughout the world field service most makes and models of parking equipment including: Federal APD, Cincinnati Time, Stanley, AMANO, and APE/CPE equipment - just to name a few.
	We also provide complete installation by our factory trained and highly skilled service technicians on any parking or access control project that we sell.
	Our Engineering Department offers a variety of drafting and design services utilizing the AUTOCAD R12/R13 system. Conversion of architectural and engineering site plans can be incorporated with the appropriate equipment layouts, wiring requirements and details necessary for a quality installation for the customer.
	PTC manufactures "UL" listed products such as our AG50 Auto Gate and the TIM24 Ticket Issuing Machine. Look for this symbol on our products.
	All of our equipment carries a one year warranty on parts, a ninety day warranty on service and a lifetime warranty on structural cabinetry.
